Either from our location in downtown Quebec or our industrial brewery in the district Saint-Malo, we aim to develop flavorful beer in order to please our clients on their journey into the craft beer world.
At our brewpub, we offer a complete menu inspired by
local producers and on-premise transformation of food. At our industrial brewery, there is a cozy tasting room where beer can be poured on tap or in cans to go.
On October 1st, 2015, after 14 months in the works, Noctem Craft Brewers opened its doors as a brewpub on rue du Parvis in Quebec City. It’s with an unhealthy dose of stress and a team of totally inexperienced owners that this endeavor including a full-service restaurant and a craft brewery made its beginnings. Ever since the first day, tireless work and attention to detail helped to ensure our clients get the best experience and products on their visit to our downtown location.
In October 2017, with a team growing in efficiency and autonomy at the brewpub, plans were made to open an industrial brewery. This second location opened to the public on December 2018 on Vincent-Massey street in the district Saint-Malo in Quebec City. Most of the recipes brewed and canned there are IPAs like our flagship Catnip accounting to a large percentage of the total production. These beers were quickly sold-out and justified an increase in production capacity from the original 250 000 liters a year to more than double that in April 2020.
Regardless of all those developments and the associated learning curve, what drives us most is still the tireless work to fine tune our products so we can offer our clients quality craft beer they will thoroughly enjoy and take pleasure to share!
